TRAVZON  is a trusted  travel agent of India that takes complete care of its clients. You have to agree on its terms and conditions in order to proceed booking with us.

Agreement between the Clients &TRAVZON : 

By accessing, using, browsing or booking throughTravzon, clients will have to do acceptance on the understanding and agreement on its terms and conditions. In case of any violation, we have all legal rights for taking any official step…

Mode of Payments & the Policies: 

To avail any travel facility through TRAVZON ,pay some amount in advance to confirm your booking. Advance payable amount may vary on the kinds of services, you are going to book.

As per the mode of payment, you can use your Visa, Master and American express Cards and pay the amount online. We ensure you a safe payment gateway.

International advance payments can be done through Bank / Wire Transfer to our bank account along with the added charges demanded by the banks.

We also accept Bank Drafts, Cheque and cash in special cases.

We specially recommend Net Banking ,Credit/debit card (bank charges will be extra to be paid by the client on total payment) facility to our client.

Also we accept other payment mode like UPI through QR code scan…or through Paytm, Google pay etc,

Amendment and Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation, various charges will be levied depends on the type of services have to be canceled.

Along with airline’s cancellation charges, an amount of 500 Rs. per passenger/per sector for domestic and 950 Rs. per passenger/per sector for international air tickets will be taken TRAVZON as cancellation service charges

In case of special fares and other specific situations, fares are non-refundable.

***Fare refund policies are subject to vary as per the policies of airlines. Consequently, it becomes necessary to understand the terms and conditions of airlines before booking air tickets.

To cancel the tickets within 24 Hrs of the journey, contact the Airlines directly and then, send the cancellation request to our representative for refunds.

In case of direct cancellation through airlines, refunds will be made as per the airlines’ charges along with our service charges as mentioned above.

Post departure of flights & in case of No Show, we don’t entertain any cancellation request

During Peak-Seasons cancellation may vary different for different locations, cancellation policy of hotels and air tickets vary.

We follow specific cancellation policy these days and refund charges may differ accordingly.

Cancellation Charges for Holiday Packages:

If you cancel your holiday prior to the 30 days or more of the date of departure, initial deposit amount or 25% of the tour cost (whatever is more) will be taken as cancellation charges.

If you cancel your holiday between 29 days and 15 days prior to the date of departure, 50% of the tour cost will be taken as cancellation charges.

If you cancel your holiday between 14 days and 8 days of the tour, 75% of the tour cost will be taken as cancellation charges.

If you cancel your holiday within 8 days of the tour, 100% cancellation charges will be applied and no refunds will be given.

****These cancellation charges can vary as per the season or any other conditions. 

It is mandatory to contact TRAVZON for all refunds if booking is done through it. Refund against the cancellation of air tickets will be credited directly in your account. In case of Credit Card, you will receive the refunds in the same credit card/Debit account as per the current situation. Refund process may take maximum 8-10 working days due to banking procedures. In case of Net Banking, it may take 10-15 workingdays.

Note: Processing times for cancellation and refund requests may vary.

If there is unavailability of services, you will receive total refund except the transaction fees.

 

Refunds against the Cancellation of Hotel Reservation:

Refunds against the cancellation of the hotels depend upon the cancellation policies of the particular hotels. Apart from the cancellation charges levied by the hotels, we charge a negligible amount of Rs.350 as cancellation service charges for each room.

 

Hikes in Tariffs & Taxes

For any hike in entrance fees, fuel cost, guide charges, and other services, you can be charged as extra due to peak season or any other case.

If government revises some taxes on travel services, clients are liable to pay that extra amount.

GST on total cost of package or any other travel related service is applicable as per the Govt. Norms.

TCS (tax collected at source)  is mandatory on total cost of the package or any other travel related services for International tours majorly is applicable as per the New guidelines imposed by the Govt.

 

General Terms:

As a trusted travel agency of India, we provide you the best possible updation about our products and services. However, it is suggested to all the customers for making personal investigation to avoid any confusion & mess. We will not be responsible for any delay or alteration in your trip because of any avoidable circumstances.

We are not responsible for any damage, loss or injury made during tour packages booked by us. You are responsible for your own safety measures.

We are also not answerable for any human error that has been caused by the clients and staff.

We recommend guest to avail travel insurance through us before going for any tour packages, Hotel Booking, Flight booking or any other services related to Travzon.

 

Note:

As per our booking policy, we require 40% advance payment for tour and 100% for flights or train tickets, Rest other payment condition is decided as per the travel dates in terms of Holiday packages. Please deposit the payment to our company bank account only. Any payment deposited to any personal account, TRAVZON will not take any responsibility for booking or any services. Any communication done on any personal email I’d apart from our company email I’d or any payment deposited to any personal bank account, company will not be responsible for any booking or services. So please do not response on any personal email I’d and do not deposit any payment to any personal bank account.”

Important Note :

We do not guarantee any visa approval. Visa approval or rejection is totally depend on Embassy. In case of visa rejection, any cancellation or loss of booking or any amount loss, Travzon will not be responsible and client will have to bear that cost. Because embassy do not provide the reason for rejection in cases applied. Although we will provide the best possible support to get your visa done by getting the right documents as per the guideline provided by the particular country from your end. Missing those and not provided in given time frame by guest .Travzon will not be responsible for that visa rejection/delay in getting the visa.

 

Refund Policy :-

Any refund will be processed only after 15 days after receiving the written cancellation request.

Credit Policy for Travel Agents

If any travel agent avails services from the company taking credit from it and fails to clear the credit in certain days, TRAVZON has right to take legal action against him. In such cases, they will be charged some interest rates decided by the company itself. Firm legal steps will be taken by company  if any fraud is found by them.
